Terms and Conditions for Coupons and Discount Vouchers

Elettrodomex 3.0 Srl reserves the right to assign Coupons and Discount Vouchers in the form of credits to its Customers. This initiative is applied in accordance with letter c bis, paragraph 1, of art. 6 of DPR 430/01, introduced by art. 22 bis of the legislative decree of June 24, 2014, no. 91, converted, with amendments, into law August 11, 2014, no. 116, known as the "competitiveness decree".

The following terms and conditions govern the "Terms and Conditions for Coupons and Discount Vouchers", which every beneficiary user fully and knowingly accepts.

Definition:

Coupons and Vouchers represent unique discounts applicable only for online purchases on elettrodomex.it.

Unless expressly indicated:

• They cannot be converted into cash refunds or resold;
• Individual Coupons and Discount Vouchers provided and issued cannot be cumulated with each other or with other ongoing discounts or promotions.

Assignment methods:

• By subscribing to the Newsletter program on elettrodomex.it, the Customer will be entitled to a Coupon or Discount Voucher equal to 10% of the total order amount, starting from a minimum amount of € 50.00;
• In case of receiving paper Coupons or Discount Vouchers, the Customer will be entitled to a Coupon or Discount Voucher equal to 10% of the total order amount, for orders of any amount;
• By selecting "Pickup in-store" as the shipping method at checkout, the Customer will be entitled to a Coupon or Discount Voucher worth € 5 for all orders with an amount equal to or greater than € 29;
• Throughout the year, Elettrodomex 3.0 Srl may activate, at its discretion, additional promotions that entitle registered users to new Coupons or Discount Vouchers of variable amounts.

Usage methods:

Coupons and Discount Vouchers are generally identified by unique codes and communicated via email to beneficiary Customers. In some cases, Coupons and Discount Vouchers may be automatically applied to the cart and checkout upon the occurrence of certain conditions previously communicated to beneficiary Customers. The discounts provided by Coupons and Discount Vouchers will be automatically deducted from the final price. If the Customer fails to provide the unique code at the time of purchase, the discount cannot be applied or subsequently claimed. In no case can Coupons and Discount Vouchers be applied retroactively to orders already placed on Elettrodomex.it. Unless expressly and differently indicated, all issued Coupons and Discount Vouchers are valid for a single purchase only.

Validity period:

In case of special promotions, the validity period and the application deadline for the discounts provided by Coupons and Discount Vouchers will be clearly indicated to beneficiary Customers. There is no expiration date for subscribing to the Newsletter program. In case of paper Coupons and Discount Vouchers, the validity term generally corresponds to the end of the current calendar year. In case of non-use within the indicated time, i.e., during the validity period, the issued Coupons and Discount Vouchers will be automatically cancelled, and the associated discount will expire.

Ownership:

Beneficiary Customers are the only owners of Coupons and Discount Vouchers issued by Elettrodomex 3.0 Srl: these cannot be transferred or assigned to other users in any way or under any circumstances, except for paper Coupons and Discount Vouchers.

Changes:

Elettrodomex 3.0 Srl reserves the right to modify - even partially - these Terms and Conditions at any time, or to suspend - even permanently - the issuance of Coupons and Discount Vouchers by communicating such changes and decisions on this page.
