Shipping and Delivery

Shipments, unless otherwise requested, will be made by couriers defined by Elettrodomex 3.0 S.r.l.

All shipments are insured and shipped at our risk. In the event of theft or loss, Elettrodomex 3.0 S.r.l. is committed to send a new product.

Availability

Product availability is always specified within its detail page, in the following ways:

• Available for shipping (the product is immediately available and it will be shipped upon receipt of payment)
• Available in about 5 days (The product will be available for shipment in approximately 5 business days)
• Not available (the product is sold out or temporarily unavailable for purchase)

Shipping time

Delivery times are estimated from two to five working days, unless otherwise required or in case of specific agreements.
To estimate the shipping time we recommend in any case to take into consideration, in addition to the product availability, even the chosen payment method for purchase: orders with faster delivery are those with payments made directly online (credit card or PayPal) while other types of deferred payment (e.g. bank transfer) can influence the actual date of shipment.

The delivery date refers to the day on which the goods are given in custody to the carrier for the delivery management. Normally delivery takes place within 2 working days (for most Italian places). The date indicated in our communications may in any case be subject to temporal variations due to organizational and logistical reasons.

There may be variations in the case of international shipping.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs change according to the target area and they are on average around € 7.00 on each order (Italy only). For international orders the shipping cost are € 20.00 on each order.

ATTENTION: in case of shipments to remote and/or disadvantaged places, it may be necessary to apply a higher rate than the one communicated at the moment of the order. In any case, it will be our care to promptly contact the Customer to communicate the difference and request a confirmation of the acceptance of the order.

We remind you that the free shipping requires the collection of the purchased goods at our store in Milan, Viale Umbria 53. You can also take advantage from the free shipping on all orders starting from 49 euro (Italy only)

Delivery methods

With Elettrodomex you can choose the delivery method you prefer:

• Express Courier (shipping in Italy): it provides for an additional charge of € 7.00 for the transportation of the goods; delivery in approximately 2 working days, except uncomfortable places (for which the courier may need more time)
• Express Courier (shipping to smaller italian islands): it provides for an additional charge of € 15.00 for the transportation of the goods; delivery in approximately 2 working days, except uncomfortable places (for which the courier may need more time).
• Pick Up in Store: Free at our store in Viale Umbria 53, Milano. We remind you that, in this case, after the order confirmation we will send you a new communication with directions and date for the pick up and that will be possible up to a maximum of 72 hours from the date of the new communication, under penalty of cancellation of the order. International shipping

We can ship all over the world, but the order process is at the moment automated only for EU Countries. Please note that orders shipped by one of our express courier may take up to 1-2 weeks for delivery. Tracking is available, but for more information please refer to our Customer Service. If your country is outside the EU, please contact us to get a customized quote.
