Garanzia3 is the flexible warranty extension that guarantees another 3 years of coverage for your products.
This is an innovative service (aimed at both individuals and professionals) that allows you to protect your purchases for a further 36 months following the expiry of the legal guarantee provided by the manufacturer, through an insurance policy capable of renewing all assistance, maintenance and after-sales services guaranteed by the manufacturing companies.
1. A SAFE WAY TO SAVE
The purchase of Garanzia3 is convenient because it is much less expensive than an out-of-warranty repair: in the event of malfunction, breakdown or breakage of the purchased and insured product, with Garanzia3 you will be entitled to repair (for a further 3 years from the expiry date of the legal guarantee) or, in the event that the product is no longer repairable, to the replacement or reimbursement of the purchase value of the asset by reducing, for each year, 10% of the purchase value.

3. WHAT IS Garanzia3
?
Garanzia3 consists in the extension and continuation of the Manufacturer and/or Reseller guarantee for 3 years (36 months) and its activation can be provided with a minimum cost of Euro 150.00. Details below:
4. SERVICES AND DURATION
Garanzia3 is aimed at continuing the guarantee period which will start from the first day following the expiry of the "legal guarantee" as provided for by Legislative Decree 24/02 and for a period not exceeding 60 months from the purchase of the asset.
For all online purchases, the legal guarantee starts from the delivery date of the goods, which is not always the one indicated on the invoice, as ownership passes from seller to buyer at the time of physical delivery of the product. Therefore, in these cases, the transport document indicating the successful delivery is the proof.
The warranty extension will be provided in the same manner and under the same terms indicated in the original warranty issued by the manufacturer and in force at the time of purchase of the goods. The repair for each appliance, during the period of validity of the extension, cannot cost more than that foreseen by the available coupons and equal to denominations of 500.00 / 1,000.00 / 2,000.00 / 5,000.00 euros (depending depending on the type of policy chosen).
All damages and faults already excluded from the original manufacturer's guarantee are excluded from the guarantee, caused in any case with willful misconduct or fault by the customer/insured or due to normal wear and tear of the components. In the event that the latter hypothesis occurs, the Business Company S.p.A. will immediately communicate a cost estimate for any repairs.

7. THE RULES FOR THE CUSTOMER
At the time of product failure, starting from the end of the legal guarantee, the customer must contact the toll-free number 800 090 737 (from Mon. to Fri. from 10:00 to 17:00) and communicate their personal data and the details of the "Garanzia3". The Garanzia3 customer service will verify the details of the warranty extension and will inform the customer of the methods and terms to be followed for the repair of the purchased and insured good.
8. THE METHODS OF DELIVERY
During the period of validity of the "legal guarantee", the Business Company S.p.A. will offer customers support information services aimed at the correct use of the guarantee issued by the manufacturer.
The Customer, starting from the first day following the expiry of the "legal guarantee" using "Garanzia3" will be able to repair the faulty good at no additional cost.
In the event that the goods cannot be repaired or the repair proves uneconomical, the customer may be reimbursed for the purchase price of the goods by reducing a percentage of 10% of the value for each year.

To activate Garanzia3, ask for the date of purchase, which one should I indicate? Order/invoice date or goods delivery?
The date to be indicated is normally the one shown on the purchase tax document. For all online purchases, however, the guarantee starts from the delivery date of the goods, which is not always the one indicated on the invoice, as ownership passes from seller to buyer at the time of physical delivery of the product. Therefore, in these cases, the transport document indicating the successful delivery is the proof.
Is there a time limit to activate Garanzia3?
Yes, Garanzia3 can be activated no later than 12 months from the purchase of the product.
If I activate Garanzia3 online, do I also have to send you the registered letter?
The sending of data electronically does not affect the sending of paper documents proving the truthfulness of the same, therefore GARANZIA3 has the right to request a copy of the original documentation, if it deems it appropriate, before providing the extension services (we recommend therefore to keep all paper documentation for the warranty period covered by the manufacturer and for the three additional years covered by Warranty3).
I forgot to activate Garanzia3 3 more years. I exceeded the 12-month limit, can I still activate it?
No, Garanzia3 cannot be activated beyond the 12 months envisaged by the regulation, however you can take advantage of the Garanzia3 certificate purchased by combining it with any other electronic product.
Where can I find the “Num. contract / PIN” – GARANZIA3?
In the "classic" Garanzia3 certificate, the "contract number" is found inside the coupon - opening it by tearing off the side bands or on the back of the coupon by scratching the silver strip.
In the "pin dispatching" certificate, the PIN can be found inside the envelope/mailer delivered by the point of sale or on the purchase receipt (depending on the point of sale where you purchase Garanzia3).
If I purchase an air conditioning system made up of several internal splits, for the purposes of activation, which data must I communicate to you?
If it is a single system, the data of both the external and internal units must be communicated. If this is not possible, once you have a receipt or invoice specifying which units make up the kit, it will be sufficient to communicate the data of the external motor only.
Does Garanzia3 cover the right to call and labour?
Yes, if the fault is covered by the manufacturer's normal warranty conditions.
What should I do to request assistance?
In the event of a breakdown, simply fill in the online form found in the "technical assistance" section (http://www.garanzia3.it/assistance-tecnica/), once the request for assistance has been received, the customer will receive an email acknowledging receipt from the Garant3 customer service which explains the procedure to follow so that the product can be repaired.
